Break it down for us, what does that really mean? To keep it simple (and real), this means I’m getting closer to my goal of becoming a lawyer.
How long have you been with HFL? January 3, 2022
In 140 characters or less, tell me what interested you about pursuing real estate law as your career? It’s simple for me: I want to help people and I found myself pursuing the law as a way to make that happen.
Why do you do what you do? Because if I don’t, I’ll get fired. No really, I genuinely enjoy helping people.
Tell us, what are your legit credentials? I’m completing my articling here at Hayes-Fry Law and I will be a Student-at-Law as designated by the Law Society of Alberta once my application is approved. I do have my J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.Comm. from the University of Alberta.
Are you an early bird or a night owl? I am a night owl trying to squeeze myself into an early bird uniform.
The best piece of advice you’ve ever received? Persistence is the key to all endeavours, so if you want to get somewhere, be persistent.
Sweet or salty? What’s your go-to craveable snack? SAVOURY! Organic raw pumpkin seeds.
What’s the best thing about working at HFL? The people.

What energizes you at work? C8 H10 N4 O2 (translation: CAFFEINE!)
What are you currently binge-watching on Netflix? I only have Crave and I like the darker side of TV and Film. The best show I’ve watched in a while is Raised by Wolves. I highly recommend it!
Favourite go-to local spot (coffee, retail, food, etc.)? I literally have not gone out since I moved here. I work and go home but I did find some good take-out East-Indian food from Sheshu’s Sizzling Tandoor.
